The home buying process, particularly in CA and Marin is complicated and fraught with potential pitfalls.  The concept of saving money by using a "discount" brokerage like Redfin, is flawed.  I'm a big believer in the saying "you get what you pay for".  As a Full Service agent, I provide many benefits, while very often saving my clients the same or even more money in the bigger picture.

 Here are 6 benefits to choosing me as your Full Service Agent:

 1. Through my recommended Mortgage Brokers, you have access to 30+ different loan programs that can be shopped for the lowest rate and best terms for your scenario…while only pulling your credit once. 

 2. You may receive Credits towards closing costs from the Lender, the Appraiser, and/or the Seller for negotiated repair costs, etc.

 3. Your Purchase Price could start lower or could be reduced during the escrow process.  Whether through my negotiation strategy, inside knowledge, or having less to no competition; there are favorable opportunities out there when buying the home of your dreams. I work hard to maximize those opportunities for you.

 4. Negotiation skills are priceless. Who wants a discount negotiator who can’t or won't defend their own commission to negotiate on your behalf?  Top agents don't discount their services because full service means working long and hard to protect their client's best interest, which will always be worth more. 

 5. The Contractual Paperwork that's involved in the sale of a home is lengthy and extensive, and I know it inside and out. Coldwell Banker also has a full service legal team to protect our clients. There are many potential pitfalls and problems that can cost you far more than a Redfin discount. Discount agents often don't bother to understand the contract details because they don't have the same “skin in the game” as an agent who's livelihood depends on it. 

 6. Relationships sell houses, not MLS.  I have my finger to the pulse in this hot real estate market.
